Under his leadership, the company secured new business in China, Japan, and Europe. As well as winning in new growth markets for the company such as mega data centers and networking OEMs. These efforts, alongside the amazing team at Inphi, led to tripling the revenue and quadruple stock price in less than four years. After 9 years the company was sold to Marvell at ~20x the stock price and ~12x revenue growth.
- At IDT, Mr. Roach led the restructuring of the sales organization, sales process, and tools in the Americas and ASIA.
